elcome Spring with Georgie Castle's comforting and just plain delicious Zuchinni Bread. This tasty treat isn't for everyday comsumption if you're watching your waistline, but it would make a fabulous addition to a Sunday brunch or a luscious dinner time desert. The moist texture of the bread combine with the tangy glazing would make your guests (don't eat it all by yourself!) moan, ask for more and request the recipe, which you won't believe how simple and inexpensive it is to make. INGREDIENTS
FOR BREAD: 3 Zucchini 2 Cups of whole wheat flour 1 Cup of all porpouse flour 1 Cup of brown sugar 3/4 Cups of white sugar 3 Eggs 1 Cup canola oil 1 Tbsp ground cinnamon 1 Tsp vanilla extract 1 Tsp salt 1/2 Tsp baking powder 2 Tsps baking soda 1/2 Cup of walnuts (optional) FOR GLAZING: 1 Cup cofectioners sugar 1/2 Tsp water The zest of one lemon The juice of half lemon
